A tremendous discussion with defense lawyer and ABT Narrative
Gym book coauthor Doug Passon plus his trial lawyering collaborator
Patrick Barone, Esq. about their use of “Psychodrama” in
preparation for defending their clients. It’s a great
discussion of how they are both using the ABT and Dobzhansky, as
well as Doug’s ABT analysis of the iconic Miranda Rights pointing
out the (quite possibly intentional) lack of narrative strength in
the statement.
